Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- block paraffin - 1/2 item
- peanut butter - 3/4 c
- cooking spray - 1 item
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 2 containers
- 3/4 sticks butter - 2 item
- graham crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- Agra cornstarch - 1/4 c
- Pineapple Topping recipe follows - 1 item
How to make peanut butter balls:
Spray 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle with crumbs. In blender or food processor, blend yogurt, egg, sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add cream cheese; blend until smooth. Pour into larger microwavable bowl. Microwave on High (100%), whisking 3 times, 8 to 10 minutes or until consistency of chilled pudding. Remove; stir until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
