Peanut butter and hot fudge pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour - 1 c
- vanilla ice cream - 1 item
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- unsweetened cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- peanut butter - 1/4 c
- hot fudge topping - 1 item
How to make peanut butter and hot fudge pudding cake:
Preheat oven to 400°. In bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder. Add milk, oil and vanilla; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.In same bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour evenly over batter. Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serve with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge topping and chopped pecans.
