Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • white Karo syrup - 1/2 c
  • raw peanuts - 2 c
  • inch paraffin - 1 sq

How to make peanut brittle:

Mix all together in broiler and cook until nuts stop popping. Add 2 teaspoons soda. Stir quick and pour up very quickly on a greased sheet of foil. Let cool completely and break into pieces.
