  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • white syrup - 1 c
  • peanuts - 2 c

How to make peanut brittle:

Mix sugar, syrup and water. Cook until hard ball stage. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, soda and butter that has been mixed together. Quickly add nuts. Pour out on warm buttered cookie sheet.
