  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 3 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • peanuts - 3 c
  • syrup - 1 c

How to make peanut brittle:

Mix syrup, sugar and water. Cook until hard ball forms when dropped in cold water. Add peanuts. Cook until peanuts turn golden brown.
