Peaches and cream pie
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pkg
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- can peaches, drained reserve juice - 1 to
- sugar - 1/2 c
- reserved juice - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
How to make peaches and cream pie:
Combine first 7 ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9-inch deep dish or 10-inch pie pan. Place peaches over batter.Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon over cream cheese filling.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Refrigerate.
