Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg
  • butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • can peaches, drained reserve juice - 1 to
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • reserved juice - 3 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp

How to make peaches and cream pie:

Combine first 7 ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9-inch deep dish or 10-inch pie pan. Place peaches over batter.

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon over cream cheese filling.

Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Refrigerate.
