  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • peach syrup - 1 tsp
  • cans sliced peaches

How to make peaches and cream cake:

Topping:2 (9 oz.) cans sliced peaches1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. brown sugar Cream the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Add sour cream. Beat in 1 egg well. Set aside. Cream butter with remaining sugar and eggs. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla and peach syrup. Spread evenly on bottom and sides of 10-inch pie plate. Spoon in cheese mixture. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven, drain peaches, arrange slices on top of cake. Blend sour cream and brown sugar. Spoon over peaches. Bake for 5 minutes. Chill.
