Peaches and cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- peach juice - 1/2 c
- small box vanilla pudding not instant - 1 item
- large can sliced peaches, drain and save juice - 1 item
How to make peaches and cream:
Mix pudding, flour, baking powder and salt. Add melted butter, milk and egg. Pour into an 8 x 12-inch pan. Cover with drained peaches. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 cup peach juice together. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.Double recipe for a 9 x 13-inch pan.
