- vanilla - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- arrowroot - 2 Tbsp
- pure maple syrup - 1/2 c
- nonfat yogurt - 1/3 c
- egg whites unbeaten - 2 item
- fat-free granola - 1 c
- frozen peach slices, thawed - 16 oz
How to make peach tart:Preheat oven to 325°. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Layer peaches in spiral in pie plate.
In food processor, grind granola for 2 minutes; set aside 1/3 cup ground granola for topping. Add yogurt, maple syrup, egg whites, arrowroot, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla to remaining granola and process until blended, approximately 30 seconds. Pour mixture over peaches and sprinkle with reserved granola.
Bake for 45 minutes or until top is set and lightly browned. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
