  • sour cream - 4 oz
  • chopped pecans optional - 1 c
  • coconut optional
  • Cool Whip, softened - 16 oz
  • carton small curd cottage cheese, drained - 1 oz
  • can sliced peaches, drained and cut up - 1 oz
  • boxes 1 large and 1 small peach Jell-O - 2 item

How to make peach salad:

Mix peaches and dry Jell-O. Add cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix well; add Cool Whip. Mix until well blended. Add pecans and coconut, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
