Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • miniature marshmallows - 3/4 c
  • heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
  • small can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • slightly beaten egg - 1 item
  • can pears, diced - 1 oz
  • can peaches, diced - 1 oz

How to make peach salad:

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot water. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened. Drain and reserve liquid from pineapple and peaches. Drain pears and mandarin oranges. Fold fruit and marshmallows into gelatin. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill
