Peach pie



  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
  • sliced ripe peaches - 3 c

How to make peach pie:

Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan. Stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until bubbly and thick. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
