Peach kuchen



  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • sugar take out 2 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make peach kuchen:

Mix dry ingredients (only 2 tablespoons sugar) and add oleo and cut in. Press in bottom and part way up sides of 8 x 12-inch pan. Cut 6 peaches in slices and arrange on top. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to balance of sugar and sprinkle over top. Bake 15 minutes at 400°. Beat 2 egg yolks and add 1 cup half and half and pour over and bake 20 minutes more.
