Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- egg pastry - 1 item
How to make peach fried pies:
Cook peaches in water or until tender; drain and mash. Combine with sugar, lemon juice and spices. Roll out pastry and cut into 5-inch rounds. Place 3 tablespoons peach filling on half of each round.
