Peach delight
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- granulated sugar
- pkg - 48 milk
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- large eggs - 2 item
- dash of ground nutmeg - 1 item
- creamy peanut butter - 2 c
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
How to make peach delight:
Heat oven to 350°. Stir peanut butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl until blended (it will be sticky). With floured hands, roll level measuring tablespoonfuls into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until cookies look dry and tops are crackled.Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss in center of each. Cook on cookie sheet 1 to 2 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool. Store airtight in one layer up to 3 weeks. Makes 48 cookies.
