  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • water - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 9 oz
  • sweet milk - 5 Tbsp
  • peach jello
  • can crushed pineapple unsweetened - 1 item
  • sugar cut this to 1/2 if using pineapples packed in sweet syrup - 1 c

How to make peach delight:

Bring your pineapple, water and sugar to a boil, remove and add jello. Chill until partially set. Whip this mixture before adding next ingredients.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with milk thoroughly. Combine the Cool Whip with the cream cheese mixture. Fold into jello mixture, pour into container and serve when mixture is set.
