  • sugar - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 3/4
  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • fresh sliced peaches, sprinkled with lemon juice - 1 c

How to make peach crumble:

Beat egg. Add sugar and nuts. Spread on greased foil-lined 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool and crumble up. Combine pudding mix, milk and sour cream. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in peaches. Alternate layers of pudding mixture and crumb mixture in 6 parfait glasses. Chill several hours before serving.
