Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla ice cream - 1 item
- butter - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- quick oats uncooked - 1 c
- can sliced peaches, drained - 1 oz
How to make peach crisp:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut butter into oat mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans. Spoon peaches into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spoon crumb mixture on top. Bake at 400&Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
