Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- peaches - 10 item
How to make peach cobbler:
Preheat oven to 400°.In medium saucepan over medium heat, cook peaches until boiling; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, milk, baking powder and salt. Using a 2-quart casserole dish, melt margarine. Pour batter over butter; add hot fruit. Do not stir. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over entire casserole. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
