Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 2 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- plain flour
- Crisco
- large can peaches, sliced - 1 item
How to make peach cobbler:
Mix flour, shortening and salt. Add water slowly until mix is not too sticky. Roll out dough and cut. Fit around your baking dish. Pour can of peaches. Add 2 teaspoons nutmeg. Roll out crust to top your dish. Prick crust with fork and sprinkle sugar and nutmeg. Bake at 350° until brown and done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
