Peach cobbler



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • peaches - 2 c

How to make peach cobbler:

Mix peaches and 1/2 cup of sugar and set aside. Set oven to 350°. Put margarine in deep baking dish and set in oven to melt. Make batter of other ingredients and pour over melted margarine; do not stir. Put sugared peaches on top of batter; do not stir. Bake until crust is light brown. Peaches will sink to bottom. Can serve ice cream on top.
