Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- can peach pie filling - 1 oz
- butter, melted in a 9 x 13 pan - 1/2 c
How to make peach cobbler:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually add milk. Pour batter evenly over butter. Spoon pie filling over batter. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
