  • Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • softened margarine - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • mini marshmallows - 3 c
  • white corn syrup
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • Rice Krispies - 2 c
  • salted peanuts - 2 c

How to make payday cake:

Topping:3/4 c. white corn syrup1/2 c. margarine2 tsp. vanilla1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips2 c. Rice Krispies2 c. salted peanuts Combine the first 3 ingredients. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake about 15 to 18 minutes at 350°. Spread the marshmallows over the top of the cake. Bake 2 more minutes or until melted, then cool.

Topping: Heat the first 4 ingredients, then add Rice Krispies and peanuts. Spread over top. Let cool before cutting.
