Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- whipping cream - 2 c
- fresh fruit - 1 item
How to make pavlova:
Whip egg whites until they form peaks. Gradually add sugar, vanilla and vinegar. Continue beating until very stiff. Spread waxed paper or brown paper (cut into a circle, slightly larger than desired size of dessert) on a cookie sheet. Put mixture onto paper and shape with slight hollow in center. Bake mixture one hour at 250°. Turn off oven and leave for several hours to dry. Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, South west pacific, New zealand.
