Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- whipped cream - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1/4 tsp

- sugar fine grain - 1 c
How to make pavlova:
Beat egg whites until light and fluffy. Add sugar, a spoon at a time, making sure it dissolves. Add the cornstarch with the last spoon of sugar. Add vanilla and vinegar; beat in well. Pile mixture into a flat baking pan, forming a circle approximately 7-inches in diameter and making the sides higher. Bake in a 200° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until outside is light brown and crisp. Leave in oven, turned off, to cool down for at least 1 hour. Fill with whipped cream and top with fruit.Recipe categories: Desserts, South west pacific, New zealand.
