- salt - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 1 c
- Crisco
- ice water - 2/3 c
How to make pastry dough:
Combine flour and salt, then mix in Crisco. Use dough cutter until small pin size. Add water slowly while mixing until mixture is moist. Roll pastry dough to size of pan. Put on top of pre-filling.
