Pasta with shellfish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- dry white wine - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- pinch of oregano - 1 item
- minced parsley - 1/2 c
- large garlic cloves, minced - 6 item
- crushed rosemary - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can Italian tomatoes, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- various shellfish shrimp, lobster, scallops, lump crab meat - 3 c
- fettucine or spaghetti
How to make pasta with shellfish:
Melt butter and olive oil in large skillet until bubbles. Add dry white wine, garlic cloves, rosemary, oregano and onion. Cook, stirring until wine evaporates and butter is golden, but not brown. Reduce heat to medium and add drained Italian tomatoes. Add shellfish, parsley, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until seafood is thoroughly heated through.
