Pasta salad primavera
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3/4 oz
- 8 oz - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- large tomatoes, coarsely chopped - 2 item
- cooked broccoli florets
- Alpine Lace nonfat Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
- frozen peas, thawed or 3/4 c - 3/4 c
How to make pasta salad primavera:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli, peas or carrots (or both), fat-free dressing and basil. Add cheese and noodles. Toss lightly and chill. Yields 10 siRecipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta.
