Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- mustard
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- olive oil - 3/4 c
- dried parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cucumber, sliced - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- green bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
- pasta, cooked - 1 lb
- DRESSING:1 1/2 c
How to make pasta salad:
Combine tomato, cucumber, green pepper, artichoke, and pasta; toss lightly.DRESSING:1 1/2 c. vinegar1 1/2 c. sugar3/4 c. olive oil 2-3 Tbsp. mustard1 Tbsp. garlic salt1 tsp. pepper1 Tbsp. dried parsley Blend vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard, seasonings and parsley in a bowl; mix well.
