Pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cubed ham - 1/4 lb
- green pepper, thinly sliced - 1 item
- pepperoni slices - 1/4 lb
- cubed Provolone cheese - 1/4 lb
- cloves fresh garlic, minced - 2 item
- large bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing - 1 item
- cubed salami - 1/4 lb
- small tomatoes, cubed - 3 item
- small can black olives, sliced and drained - 1 item
- small jar green olives, sliced and drained - 1 item
- individual stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- medium seashells, cooked, drained and cooled - 1 lb
How to make pasta salad:
Mix all but last ingredient together. Pour salad dressing over mixture. Toss and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving. Makes about 20 (1/2-cup) servings.Hints: Tastes best if made night before serving. Fat-free dressing should not be substituted. The salad looks gray and unappealing.
