Pasta house salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- grated Parmesan - 2/3 c
- olive oil - 2/3 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sliced red onion - 1 c
- jar diced pimento, drained - 1 item
- head romaine lettuce - 1 item
- head iceberg lettuce - 1 item
- cooked, frozen artichoke hearts not marinated - 1 can
How to make pasta house salad:
Wash and drain lettuce. Break into small pieces. Chill. Add artichoke hearts, red onion and pimento . Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese. Add to lettuce just before serving. Toss until mixed completely.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Pasta.
