- all-purpose flour
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
How to make pasta fresca:
In medium bowl mix eggs, flour and salt. Knead 2 to 3 minutes. Add small amounts of flour until dough is no longer sticky. Roll dough through pasta machine and cut as desired.Recipe categories: Fruit, Pasta, Main dish.
