Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- milk - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- mushrooms - 1 pkg
- chicken stock - 1 Tbsp
- head broccoli - 1 item
- pasta - 8 oz
How to make pasta and broccoli:
Cook pasta until half done. While this is cooking, chop broccoli and slice mushrooms. Drain pasta; return to pan and add broccoli, mushrooms, margarine, minced garlic, chicken stock, half and half and milk. Cook until pasta is done and broccoli is tender-crisp. Add Parmesan cheese.
