  • butter or margarine - 1/3 c
  • hot mashed potatoes - 4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 1 item

How to make party potatoes:

Stir butter into potatoes. Whip cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Add mixture to potatoes along with salt and pepper. Spoon into buttered casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
