Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- crushed potato chips or corn flakes - 1 c
How to make party potatoes:
Thaw potatoes 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle potato chips or corn flakes on top. Bake 1 hour at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
