Party potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 16 oz
• oleo - 1/4 lb
• can cream of celery soup - 1 item
• potato chips
• small onion - 1 item
• frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed - 2 lb
• grated mild or medium Cheddar cheese - 8 oz

How to make party potatoes:

Heat oven to 350°.

Melt oleo and cook onion in oleo for a few minutes. Mix all other ingredients together. Add oleo and onion. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with crinkled up potato chips. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
