Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- or 8 potatoes - 6 item
How to make party potatoes:
Boil potatoes, cool, peel and grate. Mix together rest of ingredients and fold into the grated potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Can be made the day before but bring to room temperature before cooking or cook longer.
