Party potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- diced pimento - 3 Tbsp
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (32
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 3/4
- carton sour cream or unflavored yogurt - 1 oz
How to make party potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or 3-quart casserole bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
