Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- pimento, diced - 3 Tbsp
- carton dairy sour cream or 8 oz - 1 oz
How to make party potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients well, except potatoes and Parmesan cheese. Stir in potatoes. Spread in ungreased casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for one hour at 325°. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Can be sprinkled with paprika before serving, if desired.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
