  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • lean ground beef - 2 lb
  • jar grape jelly - 1 oz
  • jar chili sauce - 1 oz

How to make party meatballs:

Mix ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper; shape into very small balls. Combine chili sauce, lemon juice and grape jelly and place in a large 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Add uncooked meatballs and bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover from pan the last 30 minutes of baking. Transfer to chafing dish and serve hot with toothpicks. Yield: 30 to 40 meatballs.
