Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- milk - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- to 10 cooked potatoes - 8 item
How to make party mashed potatoes:
Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until fluffy, adding milk, if necessary. Put in a buttered dish; dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Note: Can be done up the night before and refrigerate until needed.
