Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- tiny new potatoes - 3/4 lb
How to make parslied new potatoes:
Scrub potatoes. Cook in boiling, salted water until tender (15 to 20 minutes). Drain. Peel, if desired. Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Pour over hot potatoes. Serves 2 to 3.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Californian.
