Ingredients/Components
- tsp Salt - 1/2 item
- Milk - 1 1/2
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Rice - 3/4 c
- Eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- Cheddar Cheese, grated - 3/4 lb
- Cloves Garlic, finely minced - 2 item
- Bunch Parsley, finely chopped
How to make parsley rice:
Combine ingredients in the order given, mix well. Pour into a 9x14-inch pan. Bake at 325° for about one hour. Serves about 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, White rice, Long Grain rice.
