  • basil - 1 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • croutons - 1 item
  • Parmesan - 1/3 c
  • chopped lettuce - 1 item
  • cooked, crumbled bacon - 1 lb
  • mayonnaise real - 2 c
  • head cauliflower, cut into little bite-size pieces - 1 item
  • head broccoli, cut into little bite-size pieces - 1 item

How to make parmesan vegetable toss:

Marinate vegetables and onion in mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan and basil overnight. Before serving, add bacon, lettuce and croutons. This is a very large salad.
