Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- potatoes - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Mix the cheese, flour, pepper and salt. Set aside. Cut potatoes in eighths lengthwise; rinse and leave wet. Coat potatoes in cheese mixture. Place in baking dish. Drizzle with 1/2 stick melted margarine. Top with parsley; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
