Parmesan chicken breasts
Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- nondairy creamer - 1/2 c
How to make parmesan chicken breasts:
Remove bone and skin from chicken breasts. Mix nondairy creamer and egg whites. Dip chicken breasts in liquid. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Roll chicken in this mixture and place on greased cooking pan. (Spray with nonstick cooking spray.) Place 1 teaspoon of margarine on each breast. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until tender and golden brown at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
