Parmesan chicken breasts
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- dried oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 6 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
How to make parmesan chicken breasts:
Heat oven to 400°. Spray rectangular casserole dish with Pam. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes.Note: Sometimes I will strip the chicken and place on salad, or fix with noodle roni.
