Parmesan chicken breasts



  • flour - 1 item
  • light cream - 6 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1 item
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • chicken breasts boneless - 1 item
  • few dashes of paprika - 1 item

How to make parmesan chicken breasts:

Split chicken breasts and pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Dredge in flour and brown in olive oil over medium heat (6 to 7 minutes). Transfer to a large baking dish.

Combine cream, cheese, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper (should be creamy; add more cheese or cream to get right consistency). Pour mixture on each piece of chicken. Broil for about 5 minutes, until slightly browned.
