Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- dried oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- each: paprika, salt and black pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make parmesan chicken breasts:
Heat oven to 400°. Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dip chicken in spread (margarine). Coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
