  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • soft bread crumbs - 2 c
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c
  • sweet and sour mustard - 1/2 c
  • chicken breast halves, deboned and skinned - 6 item

How to make parmesan chicken:

Combine cheese, bread crumbs and butter. Coat chicken breasts with mustard, then dip into crumb mixture. Place breaded chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, or until chicken is done.
